Questions people ask us
Do I pay anything when it arrives in Ghana?
No. Your quote includes Ghana port charges, duty, clearing and delivery to the address you give us. It says so on your invoice.
How long does shipping take?
Most containers reach Tema [NUMBER] weeks after sailing. Delivery to the door usually follows within [NUMBER] days of clearing.
Where in Ghana do you deliver?
All 16 regions. We call your recipient before delivery to agree a day and time.
How do I pay?
Zelle, card, cash or bank transfer in the US, or mobile money in Ghana. Payment is due before your container sails.
What can I not ship?
Firearms, ammunition, flammable liquids, gas cylinders and anything illegal in Ghana or the US.
What if something is damaged or missing?
